Web Design - Graphic Design Terms & Conditions
Any change of design direction after design process has begun extra hourly fees will accrue.
All projects require 50% deposit, 25% upon design approval and 25% C.O.D upon completion.
Funds must clear bank before design process begins. (Checks, money order, cashier's check or cash.)
Customer is 100% responsible for spell checking and proofing projects.
(Any redesign or reprinting will be at customer’s expense.)
All proofs will be supplied electronically in JPG or PDF format. Colors may shift +/- 15% on printed version.
Final files will be supplied on (CD or DVD) or FTP to a web server. (CD or DVD archival fee is $25.00)
North Carolina state tax will accrue to all projects.
Web Site turnaround time is 45 days (business days) from the time the contract is signed and 50% Deposit is made.
Pending on the cooperation of client with delivery of content, text and clients availability.)
In the event that clients request expedite or rush services will add 15% of entire invoice.
Web Site revisions consist of 1 revision for semi-custom websites & 2 revisions to all custom websites, additional revisions thereafter will have a per hour fee with a minimum of 1 hour to current pricing.
Text Content must be supplied digitally in a text file or MS word.
Design process will not begin until (ALL) content is supplied to BARCA DESIGN STUDIO via disk, CD, DVD or email.
100% of content must be supplied within 30 days of signed contract so that website can be completed within 30 days of signed contract. Failure to supply approved content, meaning photos, text, prices or anything prohibiting the website from completion will incur additional fees due upon completion. FEE'S per day after 30 days of signed contract is $15.00 per day, and subject to account to be placed into collections.
Change of design after design spec approval will have a per hour fee with a minimum of 3 hour to current pricing.
There are NO Refunds or money back guarantees of any sorts for services rendered. With or without a signed contract.
